• All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• For payment disputes, please contact our customer service within 7 days of the transaction.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Additional charges may apply for remote areas in Saudi Arabia.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned items.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, Bargo Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Services.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services.
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation.
